Love the video. Well done for crossing the Pyrenees mountains.

I apologize for chuckling a bit at the snoring mosquitos in the dorms with wifi problems - or something like that.

Looks wonderful! I’m due for surgery soon, so this is so uplifting. Let’s walk until I’ll be able to start my own walking/journey!!!

“Exploring the depths of your soul” and the physical challenges of this pilgrimage. The scenery is so very nice, inviting. Keep walking....800 kilometers is a long way. We’ll be walking beside you virtually, cheering you on when the heat of the day is more than you would like. The climate impacts to be shared with Swiss Re will be very interesting. Enjoy, use whatever media you can. We will find you! 🌤️🌎🕊️For my map study all along Northern Spain. In the Pyrenees now. Thank you!

An unexpected post after your very long day crossing the Pyrenees.

Like last year I will look forward to each day of your adventures, challenges and inspirations on this wonderful journey.

So many stories, making enduring memories as pilgrims have for centuries. It’s fascinating to see the ancient architecture in these towns, some small and humble, others grand and opulent. Each has delightful histories and stories.

Wishing you a restful night without snoring roommates or mosquitoes. Travel safely.

You are amazing! I have a friend who had such terrible insomnia from "sleeping" (not) in dorms, that he could not complete the pilgrimage. Take good care and rest as you can!

It will be fascinating to hear your observations of places (& perhaps, people) you encountered last year and changes you observe this summer. Safe journey 🕊️🌍

Nice video. Hearing your words & reading some of the responses, I feel like listening is the gateway to our belonging in this human race, which in itself is a pilgrimage.

In a world that won't stop talking, I am glad you can take some time to listen to what The Camino is saying. Ve en paz.

It’s been a bad day on Substack; hacker, maybe AI, kept phishing comments on a variety of posts; so annoying I had to report everyone I located, dozens, more. It’s a compulsion. Cannot let it be. For me or the others either. Just telling my friend so far away that I should have let it go and played with the map programs to follow you for some peace.

So, so tired; the mental fatigue; is that worse than walking through the Pyrenees? Going to regroup now. Did you remember the insect repellent? There’s a worry floating around from something I’ve read about catching a disease from perhaps mosquito? That just would not do on the Camino. Sorry; TMI. Going to sleep. You may be walking again already; time difference not clear. Will check that out. Stay safe, enjoy, come back to us all over the world, refreshed, renewed, and ever so wiser from your first hand observations of climate change in one year’s time! 😴🌎🕊️

Good video. As for the troubled nights...’rien que les défis du randonneur’. Nevertheless I will remain curious about the snoring/dorm issues :)

Enjoy and share, whenever possible, the steps of the Camino. Bonne route à suivre!
