I notice that the people in Burgos are wearing jackets & scarves, so I looked up the temperature. It appears that it is cool today, but it will be a high of 90°Fahrenheit next Saturday (& yes, the USA is backward in not using Celsius, as are the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Liberia, Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands. Why? ¿Quién sabe? - Showing off my little bit of Español!) As always, I love the journey, which gives me an idea of what it is like to make that trip. Do you run into many travelers as you walk? The town of Burgos is absolutely beautiful! I would think you could spend days just wandering & admiring the architecture! But you have a ways to go, & can’t linger at each stop. I hope the rest of the way goes smoothly, no more fires, & good weather. Stay safe!

And thanks!

Thank you again and a bunch for your musical video impression of the small but famous Spanish city of Burgos I didn’t know.

What a magical city! How fortunate that you arrived during their 2022 Festival. Was that planned? In any case, I really enjoyed all the street performances - music, dancing and people enjoying life, with a backdrop of wonderful architecture.

Thanks for sharing your experiences!

Today’s video is a warm moving reminder how music, from classical chamber to street musicians to soulful singers enrich our lives. I hope you are feeling the magic of the Camino each day.

Thank you for this! Just wow!

Love the video in video. Wish I was as creative with video. And the relive part is always fun too. That cathedral - just breathtaking. Looks like you arrived in Burgos on the right day with alll that live music. Looking forward to sering where you go next. Welterusten!
