Loved seeing wind turbines there. Such a long walk today almost 20 miles!
But a favorite part was your visit to the small chapel. It was clear from your words and the expression on your face you were very moved by the kind nun and how she gave you the blessing of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the medal and a ‘big hug’.
May the Virgin be with you and see you safely to the end of your journey and beyond. I believe too.

Enjoyed your walk (as I lie back in my chair). I see it’s cold today, but it’s hard to believe as here in Florida it’s in the high 80’s (F). It must be more pleasant to walk in the cooler weather than the heat. I especially enjoyed the chapel & the kind nun who sent you on the rest of the way with blessings.
You will be tired when you stop for the night. Sleep tight!
The Gothic cathedrals are magnificent but I love small stone chapels for their history and simple beauty.
The Blessing of Santa Maria, Madre de Dios, by the Spanish Nun can be heard in your voice. The gift of that protection I believe will last far beyond The Camino. Lucky you.
