President Zelenskyy stepped up when called and is leading his country in their fight to survive, while also inspiring so many worldwide. I admire both he and his wife.

A few hours after his moving speech, I was appalled to read that the Jan 6 Committee would not be subpoenaing anyone in congress. I then thought Where is our Zelenskyy to lead the US after the insurrection? The continuing lies by one political party is despicable.

despicable and dangerous in a time when threats to the country and its people increase. And let's not forget that Trump called Putin a genius on the day of the invasion.

I’m all for free speech but I think the comments from trump and his repub comrades are unacceptable as they are repeated on Russian media and damaging to Ukrainian lives.

more generally, betraying the people that you are supposed to represent is unacceptable.

Zelenskyy is unspeakably courageous and noble. It's only too bad that the US has taken too many "misadventures" in other places around the world to be able to come through with his request. The US simply cannot provoke WWIII; however, they can help in other ways.

There were many misadventures, but even without any of those it would not have changed the painful dilemma of the no-fly zones request. And yes, I agree on the many other forms of help that the US is giving.
