unexpected appreciation for a good bed, a soft cotton towel, decent temperatures at night, shops and restaurants with vegetarian or vegan food, having books and magazines around me, and the MacBook that I am typing on right now...
Thank you for this lovely post! I really love the video showing your little corner of (what looks like) paradise. I’m glad you are back from El Camino so you can relax & enjoy. That was an interesting journey, but nice to be home again.
When the horses were in the pond, one of the horses was saddled, but riderless. I was wondering what happened to the rider....
home is where the heart is. Enjoy your well earned rest! 😻
I would like to answer your question here about the riderless horse. The rider is
next to the horse in the water walking the horse around by hand. (Not visible).
Can be one of the many reasons one would do that. Perhaps they are in this dune pool for
the first time, or the horse likes to go down and roll/buck/play in the water (-:
I'm more concerned about their saddles and bridles getting soaked. They are not cheap, and I hope that they dry up nice and soft again . . . and their riding boots, 😄
🙏 a lovely day. Thank you for capturing it (-:
Thanks Marian
A masterful article, so compelling and captivating!
Wonderful photos! But the video is transcendent! Almost 4 and a half minutes of heaven.
A perfect day indeed beautifully described.
Welcome home!
Yes this is home 🏡
Thank you for sharing a perfect day. So very appreciated.
Glad you like it 😊
Beautiful ambiance and landscape, wild and attractive 👌💦✨🌿
Pleasant days in your home !
Thank you Danièle
Alex, thank you for the lovely, welcomed pause this afternoon. After your pilgrimage, do you have a unexpected appreciation for your home?

Understandable!!! Travel is wonderful, journeys are educational and priceless but it’s always special to return to the simple pleasures of home.
