I read about those bees a couple days ago,. I could probably find lemongrass oil but not sure where I would find a beehive 😂.

Another lockdown for you, that really sucks. We opened fully a couple weeks ago, I hope everything goes well. I received my first vaccine Wednesday. I didn't really have any side affects just the sore arm which wasn't that bad.

An interesting variety of subjects today. Trees & deforestation are always at the top of my list of angsts. It’s heartbreaking to to see the losses especially of ancient old growth trees irresponsibly destroyed in the name of progress. It’s environmental genocide. In addition to all they contribute to the planet in a multitude of ways, their careless annihilation is akin to destroying historic artifacts. In only one year the losses equal 3 X the size of The Netherlands! Shocking in the extreme!

The bees & greater adjutants are interesting but I need more time to read about CODES. I deeply regret the rise in cases in Ottawa & elsewhere. The variants aren’t to be taken lightly, very concerning!

Your photos are gorgeous as always & I always read to the end of each issue. Thank you for another splendid newsletter.

Another interesting and informative issue. The article on the storks was especially relevant since we are losing birds of all kinds. Women and children seem to be on the forefront of saving these storks and using that strategy works for other species as well. Jack Kinross, a conservationist in Nepal, uses it to protect the wildlife there.

Seems garbage is another issue that needs to be addressed by everyone. Wishing you a joyful Easter.

Hi Alexander, nice morning read with diverse subjects. I definitely are going to explore CODES.

I did not know that lemongrass oil can come to the rescue. I'm going to purchase some. We have bees around here soon again. It's a horrible sight to see these prehistoric looking Adjutants Storks and Holi Cows on this landfill. And, the peoples rummaging! I hope change will come soon. About Covid, we have a local uptick here too. An 11% uptick for the US . . . I read, hoping it's not true.

. . . nice to meet those Adjutant Storks and their guardians through your letter (-:
