Nothing pleases me more than to know this evil cartoon character's plots are foiled - again and again. 🙂

I just wish the other half of US voters would see it, but watching Fox News seems to be an addiction for them.

Great, this « scenario » on the workings of D.Trump's mind !! 👌👍

On the reflection of a man who is no longer anchored in reality, but in his imagination, in his deep intellectual dishonesty and his victimization syndrome!

Bravo for this truly captivating description, Alex !!

Profoundly accurate and full of facts.

I continue to be gratified by each of your writings exposing Trump and drawing analogous examples of the differences between these two candidates. It’s actually insulting to Kamala Harris to have Donald Trump on the same ballot as she. The disparities between the two are worlds apart. Her skill, her intelligence, her work ethic, her vigor and principles are miles beyond anything Trump can offer.

The only way the Harris/Walz can be defeated is by the most obvious election deceit and fakery.

Thank you, Alex for being the voice of truth and trust. Hope grows stronger!

Yet, it’s mind boggling that this is even a race. Why would anybody vote for that guy? Especially now that he has shown for four years what a fraud he is, contrasted by an excellent track record of the Biden presidency.

Trending topics on tonight's X: "Slurring", "boring", and "Madam President". This sums it up. Trump's interview with donor Elon prompted Steve Martin to tweet: I will take, "What happens if you give Daffy Duck Speed and force him to watch 24 hours of Hitler Speeches, Alex."

If a sitting President released the tweets you are referencing, there would be calls for the 25th Amendment. This is a detached from reality former President. Who is now old, boring and diminished. No one wants to watch the rerun.

On the other hand, Harris/Walz continue to light up our universe, drawing a crowd of 20,000 in Arizona alone. Listening to their message of inclusion for all, along with the optics of Paris Olympics, diversity seems to be our biggest strength. I miss the athletes; I fell in love with their stories. Now we are writing a new story as we speak. One that will take us far far away from the madness that is Trump. Thank you for reminding us of the scary workings of a delusional mind that should never be anywhere near the nuclear codes or Pennsylvania Avenue. Nice work.

Yes the Olympics showed a beautiful, diverse, youthful America of hope, talent, teamwork, and perfection. Following the US from far away in Europe, I’m puzzled by the two contrasting images of America, the country that has fascinated me since childhood.

Even though a tiny little bit tendentious, your reporting about a biased presidential campaign and a condemned candidate firstly serving himself is a must for me to read since I get to know all news about the campaign in the US 🇺🇸.

So thank you and keep on.

Well, it’s hard to creep into a mind that differs so much from mine.

I hope Trump subscribes to The Planet! love the details, like his library with "shelves of unread books"

Haha. I had fun writing that line, hoping someone would notice the pun. 😂

Love the storytelling in this.

I can just picture him throwing a little tantrum every time he reads something. I mean he can pretty much read anything at this point - it's all bad and I'm totally here for it.

Thanks for this delightful read on a long train journey home.

Enjoy, not that there is much to enjoy about this character, but still...

Your breaking down of the details is so very uplifting as we gather, regroup and check our voter registrations while looking ahead to the coup 2.0 (electoral interference) we will have to defeat along with Trumpism. Optimism and hope, joy abound. But we must never let our guards down with the current SCOTUS and QAnon and all the others that will try to defeat our welcome if momentary respite. 88 or fewer days until reckoning. I have no doubt we on the side of Democracy will ultimately win but the knowledge of the many scenarios in which the opposition will surely cheat is so very important to monitor and prepare. Thank you for the beautiful words! 😘

Yes the well prepared manipulation of the electoral outcome is a huge worry. It has been tested now in many local elections and is ready to be rolled out on a nationwide scale.

Alex, you’ve written one brilliant chapter of the orange man’s biography‼️

You can now go back in time (all the way to 2015 and the escalator) or wait until after 05 November and you’ll continue his life story most compellingly

and truthfully…

I loved this piece because you write so much better than the blah-blah-blah anchors on my favorite channel. (I know you don’t live in the US, but I’ll bet you can guess to which one I’m referring😊)

Thank you, Anne. This is so nice to read. Someday, someone will write a book in this style, seeing the world through his eyes: insecure, not getting the bigger picture, revengeful, not capable of self reflection and thus not learning. A psychiatrist should take the lead for such a project.
