In a world where political tensions and the climate are in a neck-and-neck race to be first to pass tipping points with devastating global consequences, I escaped to nature's tranquility to continue my long-distance walk along the Dutch coastline.
"And there were signs of new life everywhere: moss on tree trunks, crocuses, and other plants developing right on the path I walked in a forest, making every step a negotiation between speed and care for new life. So I strolled, admired nature's resilience after winter, and briefly forgot about the world's news."
These words of yours are what I shall focus on today. Thank you.
What would we do without you? As always grateful for the wonderful places and things you share with us and also for keeping us informed about the world we live in and the environment we must protect. We all can / should do something to make a difference. VOTE for saving our planet!
Thank you Alex for this breath of pure air with the scents of the first spring flowers and brightened up by the songs of the birds! ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฆโโฌ
Very different atmosphere in Paris where work to host the next Olympic Games is accelerating and invading our city, scaring away the birds.
Fortunately our magnificent parks and gardens compete with sophisticated flowering of all kinds, which are our last havens of peace in our capital!!
But โrealโ nature, which arises spontaneously, is so comforting and always surprising and fascinating with its simple beauty.
Getting ecstatic, like every year, in front of the first crocuses or daffodils, and spreading the news, remains a joyful subject of discussion and the sweet prospect of spring which is fast approaching.
This generous nature also reminds us of the sad years to come which are announced to usโฆ
But this motivates us even more to protect our precious Earth!๐๐
Thankโs for all these so pretty photos!! ๐๐ซถ

Thank you for blending the beautiful with the shattering.
We need the beauty more than ever.
