Today at the Conference on World Affairs in Boulder
Today, on Friday, 9 April, I will join a panel at the Conference on World Affairs at Colorado University in Boulder. I wrote about this conference in last Monday's post. If you are interested in a debate about what "socialism" and "capitalism" mean today and which of the wide variety of economic and political systems work well, please join. As I wrote earlier: it is free and open to all.
It starts at 9 am MDT since Boulder is now in the Mountain Daylight Time zone. For instance, 11 am in New York, 4 pm in London, 5 pm in most of Europe, 8:30 pm in New Delhi, and 8 am in California.

On this day in 2018: This drawing is one of the many that Tom Lyon always makes during CWA debates. It is an iPhone shot from his drawing book of the 2018 conference (I am on there, hidden behind that microphone).
