The Renewable Energy Interview at Swiss Re
I'm excited to share with you the second of three videos I made with Swiss Re about the impact of climate change on the Camino de Santiago and how to deal with the new challenges posed by global warming. Some of you may have seen it already on the platform that we fondly used to call Twitter.
The first one, which I shared with you a week ago, was about the impact of climate change on wine-making in the Rioja region. If you missed it, click here to view it.
Today's video I share in this post is my interview with Swiss Re Co-Head of the Centre for Competence on Renewables, Michele Cibrario. We discussed the transition to green energy, emerging technologies, and the re/insurance industry's critical role in facilitating the change.
A friend notified me that the fountain in the background came to life when I said something like: "Less and less water." And no, we prepared quite a bit with a dedicated professional team, but this was a surprise for us as well :-)
The last video in this series will be released next week.
I hope you will take a moment to watch it, and you're welcome to share your thoughts in the comments.
