The mystery of the Ottawa Rockeries follies

Just north of Ottawa, some follies in the Rockeries give the impression of stumbling upon ancient ruins.

Ottawa is a young city, especially for my European standards. I was therefore surprised to find a spot with 'Greek ruins.' Not that anybody calls them either Greek or ruins, and they certainly aren't, but the site gives that impression.
