I hope you will have two minutes (less even), so I can briefly take you away from wherever you are on the planet to show you a morning walk on my favorite island that many of you will recognize by now.
In this video, I walk from the center of the village Burgh-Haamstede to the old inland dunes. I saw several deer, passed a lake, and walked through a Sahara-like landscape. I then entered the forest, took a photo from the highest point where you can look over all the trees, and I saw not far from there a mother duck with her ducklings swimming in another lake.
A bit later, I passed the sea dunes (more bare and dry than the inland dunes close to where I live) to get to the wide deserted beach on the island's west side. After walking on the beach, I went back via another route. This walk was 15 kilometers, which is about nine miles.
An interview on World Environment Day
And I still have this short interview with TRT World television on World Environment Day. But unfortunately, the clip doesn't show the first question that I was asked. Looking at my surprise and listening to myself, I guess it was something about activism for climate action. And since the previous item was about the new government in Australia, I connected my answer to the change of government there, which will be a good thing for the climate.

Or you can buy me a coffee ☕️ Via this link:
A walk in the dunes (love the relive app), beautiful pictures - stunning lake and those cute ducklings. And as a bonus a well-deserved coffee that made you smile. Thank you for sharing all that.
And also that interview - always nice to hear your thoughts on climate related topics. How weird/funny/interesting that they cut off the question.
